How do I know if my item is eligible for return?

We offer a 2-day return policy, i.e., you can place a return request within 2 calendar days of receiving your order, as long as the returned products are unused, with the original packaging & tags. However, to process the return we request you to please send a picture of the product on info@trendyhousexport.com & the reason for the return.

Please note that items on sale cannot be returned/exchanged.

What if I have received a damaged product?

Our commitment is to ensure that your products reach you safely and securely. However, in some rare event that you have received a damaged or wrong product, please send a return request on info@thetrendyhousexport.com with a picture of the damaged product within 2 days of receiving your order. Once the return request is approved, we will send you a free replacement or offer a credit voucher for the same amount.

Do you offer reverse pickups? Are there any additional charges for this service?

Yes, We accept reverse pickups.

 

How long does it take to process returns?

For a replacement order, we usually dispatch the product(s) within 2-3 working days after the return request is made.

For refunds, we issue a store credit/voucher for the same amount less discount within 2-3 working days.
